What is CHR?

How does CHR work?

CHR believes every business owner should have access to real human resources support at an affordable price. Here’s how our service works:

  • Join CHR and we'll start learning about your employees and your current HR practices. Don't worry! We don't expect anybody to be perfect. We'll help you figure out what needs updating to make sure you are current with local regulations.

  • You'll have your own dedicated HR Manager. Once we've identified gaps in your HR practices, we'll create a customized plan for bringing your business up to speed. We’ll solve your pressing issues first, then take measures to ensure greater protection against any potential risks.

  • CHR also helps you provide regular feedback to your employees and learn about employee concerns that they may not feel comfortable bringing directly to you.

  • For more complex matters, your HR Manager will guide you every step of the way and answer every question to make sure you’re covered. If you need to terminate an employee, we’ll talk you through the risks of doing so and help you do so safely. And once you join CHR, we’ll be available for any future HR needs if you remain a member.
