About Us

Our Story

Want to know how the most popular HR outsourcing company got started? Well, it’s pretty simple.

 

We saw that small business owners in the Caribbean were spending hours every day on their HR tasks. And we wanted to create a strategy that made those same chores quicker and easier to do.

So, we created an affordable outsourcing company unlike any other—and that’s how CHR was born.

We launched in St. Kitts in 2020 during the pandemic. Small businesses struggled with their Human Resource Management. A lot of small businesses didn't have a HR function and felt the effects of such. Now, with a personal remote HR Manager, and HR on demand, our clients can get on with running their business operations, whilst leaving HR to us.

Since our launch, we've branched out to other Caribbean islands. No wonder 100s of businesses across the Caribbean Community trust us to free them of paperwork and keep them on the right side of the law.
